Bistec Encebollado

I’m just going to get right into this meaty goodness.

Beef stew strips marinaded in red wine vinegar, cumin and Thai seasoning blend (salt-free), green heirloom tomato, white onion, then all made in a small dollop of coco oil. A side of asparagus made in my own lemon (pastured) butter sauce. Side of the Primal Biscuit leftovers I had.
