Finally back! After a week of no CrossFit and carb loading from being out of town for work in all places, Vegas. It was a constant really long days and nights that I couldn’t even get to in-room WOD’s. But it feels good to be back!
The RX for this AMRAP was ridic. So I went with 105#, which was pretty heavy, might be highest I’ve gone with power cleans inside a WOD. And opted for 2x abmat HSPU. Need to nail those down already. C2B felt really good and surprisingly, so did the power cleans. Strength and skill were back squats today and I matched my PR at 170#. Just wasn’t “feeling” it. I’ll come back to it. Need to get the Vegas out of me. Detox time.
