Saturday brunch of this all out scramble (2x eggs, leftover beef/sweet potato meatball, spinach, bok choy greens, diced bacon) and fresh strawberry slices.

Had this after I went for a run. That’s right. A run! Something I haven’t done (outside of some running of CrossFit) since hurt knee recovery. Been kind of scared to, scared it would flare up again. But then I realized I’ll never get my endurance back completely without doing some running on my own. So I will be going on some runs throughout the week on my own to get that back.
