I’ve been trying to build my endurance back up now that I have better control of my knee inflammation with running outside of CrossFit. Right now I’ve only been able to get out there about once or twice a week outside. But I’m having trouble pacing myself. I either push myself too hard and burn out quick or don’t push hard enough.
I used Couch to 5K once upon a time, is that still good? Any advice or apps you guys recommend out there to help pace and build up?
