Nice and solid 3 block scramble breakfast of 2 eggs, 2 egg whites, 4c spinach, 2/3c diced onions, 6 small diced asparagus spears and 1/3 small avocado. Not pictured is some coffee with tsp of coconut milk. Just throwing some measurements at ya’ll.
