Did I mention I’ve started zoning again? I’ve been mainly just Paleo lately but figured in anticipation of our LiveFit Challenge coming up in February, that I’ll zone. It’s a great structure – can be a pain, but I like it. Here we have a 3 block meal including ground turkey sliders, Brussels sprouts, asparagus, half small baked sweet potato and 3 tbsp dollops of avo. Mmmm.
