1RM Split Jerk PR of 70kg/155lbs, woohoo! A big thanks to the awesome coaching by Coach Rick. I know I probably can go heavier, but it wouldn’t be pretty yet. And it’s good to have a baseline 1RM because I hadn’t tried for 1RM before of just the jerk. I was basing my numbers off of clean and jerk.
