Shocker, I’m not huge on sweets BUT as a kid, a cereal I highly enjoyed was Fruity Pebbles. May I present my little Fruity Pebbles Flex Bowl! Totally hit the spot (and hit my macros) from a few nights ago.
The deets: Trader Joe’s Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Dymatize ISO-100 Birthday Cake protein powder and just 15g of Fruity Pebbles.
Remember how I just mentioned I’m not that into sweets? Oddly enough, I’m really digging the Dymatize Birthday Cake. So weird. I haven’t had it as just a protein shake yet, only with greek yogurt.
