A 4kg/9lb split jerk PR even though I was bloated? I’ll take it! This is 77kg/170lb split jerk followed by a 79kg/175lb attempt. Videos expose everything. I can see I’m still shorting my split when it gets heavy. And have a slight press out with my right arm. All a work in progress. 🚫 #instacoaching
