If I have an afternoon snack (let’s be honest, usually do), it’s usually a quest bar or something of the like. But this, yum – definitively will be repeating! Hard boiled egg whites (thanks for the idea @lil_riki_), avocado and mango pineapple salsa. Das it. Can even make them deviled egg style as you go.
