So I tracked my macros most of the day…and tried to be mindful of my macros for the remainder though I was out. Had Quest Bar for dinner – not brightest idea – then came home hungry, made a small dinner. Wasn’t satiated. Had some Greek yogurt with little bit of proton powder and half banana. And then decided to go for gold on plantain chips. Ugh. Chalk it up to an uncontrolled refeeed day? I guess. Tomorrow is a new day. It happens. Trying not to beat myself up about it. Heavy training day so at least there’s that.
