Felt really good to get back to barbell training today. Was able to hit 95% on snatch and 90% on c&j even though body is 😣. And feels good to get back to tracking macros πŸ’―. I haven’t quite mastered the art of staying completely on track when traveling for work with a team (of mostly dudes). it’s very different than traveling solo on business. I haven’t quite brought myself to packing & traveling with full on Tupperware meals, just
