As much as we tell ourselves not to do it, we do it. We compare ourselves to that person that is getting back to back PRs, that has been lifting less time than you but has surpassed your numbers, who watches what they eat sometimes yet are shredded, etc. We all have our stories. Just don’t make comparing your progress to others an excuse to not keep going. My progress may not be as quick as the progress of others may seem, but I don’t stop.
