My first relaxing, delicious breakfast in Nashville that’s funny enough on my last day here. Egg white, bacon, cheese and spinach on a toasted everything bagel with an almond milk latte at Fido. The table marker they give you has a little profile of a local dog and what they like to do in life. Finally coming home tonight!

Late lunch, all yummy. The green blob on the left was a little experiment of avocado, plain Greek yogurt, black pepper and bit of powdered white cheddar – yum! And I’ve been all about the volume noms lately so nice pile of roasted veggies mixed with oven roasted turkey. And then small #alternativebagel with laughing cow garlic & herb spread because carbs.
