Slowly but surely we’re re-introducing overhead work like the muscle snatch + overhead squat with a pause at bottom from yesterday. The pause is intended to focus on keeping shoulder stabilized so light weight is in order. Felt really good to get back to barbell training today. Was able to hit 95% on snatch and 90% on c&j even though body is 😣. And feels good to get back to tracking macros 💯. I haven’t quite mastered the art of staying completely on track when traveling for work with a team (of mostly dudes). it’s very different than traveling solo on business. I haven’t quite brought myself to packing & traveling with full on Tupperware meals, just
