This was part of a video but it sucked. But, caught this expression (and my awesome muscle tank) and thought it accurate for reaction for my gimp training today – seated gm, seated press, bench press, Bulgarian kb lunges, GHD back extensions with barbell and weighed sit ups. Sigh.

What does your training book notes look like? 😂 I like to record how I felt with each set so that I can reference back to it on a later date for tweaks and improvements…I’m very honest. Lol.
